Hi Guys! As promised here is a daily food vlog. This was such a highly requested video after posting my Diet and Fitness Routine Video –
I have been Intermittent Fasting for a while now and have gotten results that surpassed my expectations even after posting that video. If you are serious about getting healthy #1 and you can commit Intermittent Fasting (16:8) will get you there. Losing weight is an added benefit. I am a mother of three and never though that I would reach the weight I was 11 years ago when my husband and I got married. I blamed it on age, metabolism, having babies and not having the time to put in. Well, all of that is now irrelevant now and I am at my goal weight and healthier than ever. Plus. I am more motivated now that I am seeing these results.
